About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and deliver projects across the organization while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong project planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership skills.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, driving execution, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.

- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of project activities.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget through effective monitoring and control.

- Use project management methodologies-Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid-based on project needs.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

- Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

- Communicate project status, progress updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership teams.

- Facilitate meetings, workshops, sprint planning sessions, and review discussions.

- Manage expectations and negotiate priorities with multiple stakeholders.

Risk Management & Issue Resolution:

- Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle.

- Develop and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

- Resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and roadblocks to maintain project momentum.

Budgeting & Resource Allocation:

- Track project budgets, spending, and resource utilization effectively.

- Work with department heads to ensure necessary staffing and resource availability.

- Provide accurate forecasts, cost estimates, and progress reports.

Quality Assurance & Delivery:

- Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards and acceptance criteria.

- Conduct project reviews, lessons learned sessions, and implement process improvements.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and change requests.

Process & Continuous Improvement:

- Promote best practices in project management across teams.

- Contribute to improving workflows, communication channels, and project governance frameworks.

- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and methodologies
