Description:


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our core business operations.


This critical leadership role involves managing daily activities, enhancing efficiency, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous process improvement.

You will be instrumental in translating strategic goals into operational execution, managing resources, and ensuring the highest levels of productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Management:


- Oversee the day-to-day operations of key operational areas, e.g., logistics, production, client servicing, or warehousing], ensuring processes run smoothly, efficiently, and meet set performance targets.

Process Optimization:


- Analyze current operational workflows and procedures, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for automation and optimization to reduce costs and increase output.

Performance Monitoring:


- Define, track, and report on key operational performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity rates, fulfillment times, quality metrics, and cost per unit.

Resource Management:


- Manage resource allocation (staffing, equipment, and budget) to ensure maximum utilization and operational readiness.

Strategic Planning & Budgeting:

- Strategic Execution: Translate high-level business strategy into tactical operational plans, projects, and timelines.

- Budget Ownership: Manage and control the operational budget, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to meet financial targets.

- Forecasting: Work with planning teams to forecast operational demand, capacity needs, and inventory/material requirements to prevent shortages or excesses.

Quality, Compliance & Risk Management:

- Quality Control: Establish and enforce rigorous quality control standards and procedures to ensure that products or services meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

- Compliance: Ensure all operational activities comply with local, national, and international laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

- Risk Mitigation: Identify operational risks (e.g., supply chain disruption, equipment failure) and develop contingency plans to minimize business impact.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and coach the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.

- Hiring & Training: Oversee staffing needs, including hiring, onboarding, and continuous training programs to develop team skills and competencies
