Job Description:


We are looking for a highly skilled Paid Search Specialist with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of search advertising platforms, and a proven track record of driving performance improvements across B2B and B2C campaigns.

Responsibilities:


- Manage full-funnel paid search campaigns-from planning and execution to optimization and
reporting.


- Conduct detailed keyword research, build ad copies, develop automated bid strategies, and execute landing page and copy tests.


- Perform daily optimization activities including SQR reviews, monitoring auction insights, and validating recommendations from Google Ads UI.


- Lead and optimize both B2C and B2B acquisition campaigns to drive measurable performance
efficiency.


- Monitor campaign performance against goals and KPIs, identify issues, and provide actionable
optimization recommendations.


- Analyze performance trends, prepare insight-driven reports, and identify opportunities to enhance campaign results.


- Coach and train junior team members (preferred) to ensure high-quality outputs across accounts.

Tools & Technical Skills:


- Proficient in Google Ads and Bing Ads, with hands-on experience in using SA360, including bulk sheet creation, uploads, and troubleshooting.


- Strong command of Excel (Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting) and
PowerPoint.


- Basic understanding of tracking mechanisms and floodlight tagging.
