Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Campaign Manager - Ad Operations with 3 - 4 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms (Google Ad Manager preferred). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media strategy, audience targeting, and analytics, with a proven ability to deliver measurable business results. The candidate will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver actionable insights, and drive successful campaign outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns, including set-up, launch, monitoring, optimization, and delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve ad-serving, pacing, and delivery issues in a timely manner. Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ad Manager, and Display networks.

- Develop and optimize media plans and ad strategies aligned with brand and performance objectives.

- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and optimize for better outcomes.

- Develop and deliver campaign performance reports (ad-hoc, weekly, and post-campaign wrap-ups).

- Provide screenshot decks and supporting documentation for campaign validation.

- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.

- Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end client meetings, including preparing agendas, presenting campaign updates or performance reports, addressing client queries, and ensuring timely follow-up on agreed actions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign goals are met and client expectations are exceeded.

- Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring proper pacing and cost control.

- Provide detailed campaign performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

- Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, tools, and algorithm updates.

- Ensure compliance with advertising platform policies and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations or Campaign Management within digital advertising/online media.

- Strong understanding of Programmatic, Display advertising, PPC, and paid social

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel reporting skills.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI

- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and reliability.

- High attention to detail with the ability to set and maintain high standards.
