Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated Demand Campaign Manager - Ad Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring seamless delivery, optimization, and performance tracking across digital platforms.
- This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on expertise with ad-serving platforms, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
The candidate will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver actionable insights, and drive successful campaign outcomes.
- Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns, including set-up, launch, monitoring, optimization, and delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad-serving, pacing, and delivery issues in a timely manner.
- Create media plans, programmatic guaranteed (PG) campaigns, and insertion orders (IOs) using
Operative.- Develop and deliver campaign performance reports (ad-hoc, weekly, and post-campaign wrap-ups).
- Provide screenshot decks and supporting documentation for campaign validation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign goals are met and client expectations are
exceeded.- Uphold high-quality standards with keen attention to detail in all campaign deliverables.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations or Campaign Management within digital advertising/online media (video ad experience is a strong plus).
- Hands-on expertise with DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, or similar ad-serving platforms.
- Experience with Operative and familiarity with Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) and Private Marketplace (PMP) deals strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel reporting skills a plus.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and reliability.
- High attention to detail with the ability to set and maintain high standards.
