Description: We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer & Planner to develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel media strategies that enhance brand visibility and deliver measurable results. The role demands a data-driven professional who can balance creativity with analytics and ensure efficient media spending across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Planning & Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive media plans (digital, print, outdoor, TV, and radio) aligned with marketing objectives and target audience insights.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, media consumption patterns, and emerging advertising opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and brand teams to define campaign goals, target KPIs, and communication channels.
- Evaluate past campaign data to recommend optimal media mixes and budget allocations.
Media Buying & Negotiation:
- Negotiate with publishers, broadcasters, and digital platforms to achieve the best rates, placements, and added-value benefits.
- Ensure cost efficiency and high ROI across all media spends.
- Maintain strong relationships with media houses, agencies, and digital platforms to secure favorable contracts and sponsorship deals.
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns across digital (Google, Meta, programmatic), print, and broadcast platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of media assets as per specs.
- Track performance metrics such as reach, frequency, impressions, CTR, engagement rate, and conversions.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and recommend real-time optimizations to enhance effectiveness.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare detailed post-campaign reports, analyzing spend vs. performance and deriving actionable insights.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel dashboards, and BI tools for campaign analysis.
- Present monthly and quarterly media performance reports to management and stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with brand managers, marketing teams, and creative agencies to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
- Support the finance team in managing media budgets, billing, and vendor payments.
