Media Measurement Lead - FMCG

Job Description : This role will be responsible for developing and implementing measurement frameworks for key strategic projects and drive a full funnel consumer journey touchpoints

Description:
MEASUREMENT STRATEGY & DATA INTEGRITY:
- Define and drive the overall Group measurement and effectiveness program
- Ensure data integrity and methodology is accurate, consistent, and reliable across all media platform testing and measurement
COLLABORATION & PERFORMANCE:
- Work closely with internal teams, especially CMI, to ensure marketing planning is data-driven and aligned with overall objectives, leveraging insights
- Monitor key performance indicators to guide decision-making and enhance future campaigns
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & INSIGHTS:
- Provide actionable insights from MMMs (mixed media measurement),
- Stay updated on the latest measurement tools and methodologies
Profile: A successful Media Measurement Lead should have:
Must Haves:
- Years of experience: 7+ years
- Must have worked on multiple MMM projects and understand the effectiveness measurement ecosystem of an FMCG
- Should not be a data analytics/scientist and must have a marketing bent of mind
- Industry Preference: Tier 1 Research agencies and new-age research agencies. Talent from Global media-tech players
