On a look for a Media Director to work with leading Media Agency.
Job Overview:.
- The Media Director is responsible for planning, managing, and executing media strategies for the agency's clients.
- They will work closely with clients, creative teams, and other internal departments to ensure campaigns are effectively reaching their target audiences.
- The Media Manager will be expected to manage media budgets, negotiate with media vendors, and ensure campaigns deliver on KPIs such as reach, frequency, ROI, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:.
Media Strategy Development:.
- Collaborate with the client servicing team and clients to understand the marketing goals and objectives.
- Develop strategic media plans based on audience insights, market trends, and client requirements.
- Recommend appropriate media channels (TV, radio, print, digital, out-of-home, etc. ) based on campaign goals.
Media Planning & Buying:.
- Plan and buy media across various platforms (television, radio, print, digital, and emerging media channels).
- Negotiate with media vendors to get the best rates and placements for campaigns.
- Ensure media buying is done within budget constraints and adheres to client objectives.
Campaign Execution & Management:.
- Oversee the execution of media plans, ensuring ads run as scheduled and according to specifications.
- Manage day-to-day operations of media buying and placement, ensuring smooth coordination between creative, digital, and production teams.
- Monitor live campaigns for performance and optimize in real time, making adjustments when necessary.
