What Youll Own- Lead Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and advanced marketing effectiveness analysis
- Translate data into clear, actionable media investment strategies
- Drive ROI optimization across digital and offline channels
- Build automated dashboards for real-time performance tracking
- Integrate multi-platform marketing data into centralized analytics frameworks
- Implement advanced measurement solutions (GA4, BigQuery, Attribution, Privacy-safe measurement)
- Partner with media, growth, and strategy teams to enable data-led decision making

Ideal Candidate Profile- 7+ years of experience in Marketing / Media Analytics
Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) / Attribution Modeling
- Marketing effectiveness & performance measurement
Deep understanding of digital media ecosystem:
- Search, Social, Programmatic, Display, Video
- Proven experience in multi-platform data integration & analytics frameworks
- Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to translate data into business insights
Tech & Tools (Must Have)- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- BigQuery, SQL, Python
- Power BI / Looker Studio (or similar BI tools)
- Experience building automated dashboards & reporting systems
