Job Summary: Responsible for managing OP and wellness services by overseeing vendor relations, claims processing, and contract negotiations. Ensures smooth client communication and drives solutions to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage and nurture relationships with OPD partners and vendors by driving innovative solutions to enhance collaboration and service delivery.
2. Oversee the end-to-end OPD claims management process internally, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and resolution of discrepancies.
3. Lead negotiations and pricing discussions with vendors, establishing favourable contracts that align with organizational goals and budgets.
4. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, provide timely updates, and ensure a high level of satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries related to OPD services, facilitating smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
6. Monitor vendor performance and client feedback regularly, implementing improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
7. Management of key client relationships and ability to grasp the core business within shortest span.
8. Understanding of the revenue and cost models for the running business.
Qualification & Experience: Any post graduate with minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience.
