Roles & Responsibilities: - Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping a close check on monthly data - Work as an agent among the Marketing, Sales and Operations team - Ensure that their respective Zones and cities underneath achieve the targets - Closely work with the teams of different cities to build optimum supplies - To increase morale in the team during meetings and people to take on new responsibilities and maintain decorum in the team - Making Long-Term and Short-Term goals for the business development of the company - Strategize the overall performance to ensure good numbers in each category in each department - Must work on the right strategies to generate a good amount of lead for his zone by collaborating with the Marketing team - Maintain a healthy communication and relationship with the team members by being in regular contact with them - Regularly monitor activities and services provided by the competitors - Work along with Sales, Operations and other departments for ensuring good training, communication and coordination skills - Interact with a large number of customers for the feedback on the services provided What You'll Bring to the Team: - A regional/zonal manager with 8+ Years of experience - Excellent communication, negotiation skills and relationship management skills - Planning and organizational skills - Good Data Analytic skills to strategize the performance of new departments and maintain the performance of existing ones - Good knowledge of medical administration which will help solve queries of doctors as well as the clients and their team - Should be able to implement strategy at the ground level by motivating and raising the morale of the sales and operations team, so that the team can generate more revenue by performing most no. of the surgeries - Must be a good listener, and trainer and have good repo in the industry.
