Insurance Manager - Experience in hospital/health care domain - Review and Analysis of the various types of billing process like Cash, Corporate, and TPA s - Preparation of tariff document on regular basis. - Finalizing packages/tariff and defining the same in Hospital software. - Taking the call on allowing the discount to the customers. - Follow ups for the payments on day-to-day basis. - Responsible for cash collection & handover to concerned authority. - Conducting the feasibility study on the proposed tie-ups with the various TPA s and Corporates with regard to quoted tariffs - Costing for various procedures / surgeries and thereby analyzing the profitability for individual Corporates, TPA s - Regular interaction with consultant/surgeon to solve the issues related to billing and ensuring smooth functioning of the department - Supervise insurance staff, assisting with initial placement and insurance renewals - Maintain low-loss ratios - Ensure a high standard of customer service - Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal and external policies - Perform insurance functions as needed, including processing claims, billings, and policy changes
