At Medanta Foundation, we are looking for a passionate Human Resources Professional to join our team:.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR function from manpower planning, hiring, onboarding to exit processes.
- Build effective hiring channels for all CSR roles.
- Recruit effectively, track % of positions closed within agreed timelines, monitor quality of new hires.
- Support Foundation leadership in planning talent needs for different programs.
- Drive learning and development programs for team.
- Drive performance management and learning & development programs for team.
- Manage all employee matters.
- Take care of HR operations, payroll, statutory compliances, and records.
- Create and run HR policies, processes, and practices for CSR initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to align people practices with the Foundations mission and impactful goals.
Work Location: Gurgaon.
Work Days: 6 days from office.
