Recruit effectively, track % of positions closed within agreed timelines, monitor quality of new hires - Support Foundation leadership in planning talent needs for different programs - Drive learning and development programs for team - Drive performance management and learning & development programs for team - Manage all employee matters - Take care of HR operations, payroll, statutory compliances, and records - Create and run HR policies, processes, and practices for CSR initiatives - Partner with leaders to align people practices with the Foundation's mission and impactful goals Location: Gurgaon Work Days: 6 Days from Office
