MedPlus - Factory Manager/Head (12-16 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

- Setting up and managing production and assembly lines for cosmetics and home care products

- Driving quality control and ensuring zero-defect product standards

- Owning the P&L for all plant operations - cost control, efficiency, and budgeting

- Overseeing inventory management, raw material procurement, and vendor handling

- Leading the maintenance strategy and upgrading machinery for operational efficiency

- Overseeing store operations, dispatch planning, and space optimization

- Managing factory compliance, audits, documentation, and statutory requirements

- Contributing to new product development & packaging design innovations

- Managing 130+ workforce - hiring, mentoring, and ensuring high productivity.

- Ensuring safety, EHS compliance, and smooth day-to-day plant operations

Skills Required:

- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Factory / Plant management, preferably in FMCG,Cosmetics, or Home Care industries

- Prior exposure to multi-unit operations or team leadership in a production setup

- Bachelor's / Masters degree or related field qualification is preferred

- Strong leadership, team handling, and process management skills

- Excellent knowledge of plant-level compliances, quality systems, and ERP tools
