The role
We are looking for a technical execution lead to work closely with the founder and founding engineer in a small, focused team. This is a hands-on execution role. The title "execution" reflects responsibility and scope, not people management.
You will support the launch of new ventures by executing project work and removing friction. This role is focused on execution, not analysis. You will be expected to build, fix, and improve real systems. This role suits people who enjoy building, getting things done, and working across varied tasks.
What you'll be doing
- Executing defined project work across multiple early-stage ventures
- Supporting the founding engineer during build and launch phases
- Building small scripts, tools, or automations
- Using ai as a force multiplier for execution
- Improving project speed, accuracy, and execution quality
- Supporting technical systems without owning core architecture
- Maintaining the operational environment (tools, systems, subscriptions, lightweight processes) so the team can execute without friction, this is a small part of the role
- Supporting hiring execution during venture pre-launch phases

Technical skills & capabilities (evidence required)
- We expect candidates to demonstrate practical technical ability.
- Strong technical literacy
- AI literacy and ai agent understanding
- Ability to write small scripts or tools (python preferred)
- Comfortable working with apis and basic automation
- Ability to debug and support production systems scope clarification:
- You are not expected to design core architecture, you are expected to support it intelligently
Equity: modest equity per venture, linked to execution and vesting after launch and sustained profitability.
Company performance bonus: discretionary, post-launch
