Designation: Social Media Lead.

Location: Remote.

Shift timing - 8 PM 4 AM, 6 days per week.

Type: Full-Time.

- The Social Media Lead will own MEAWW's social media strategy, daily publishing, audience growth, and real-time coverage across platforms.

- This role requires someone who understands U.S. news cycles, thrives in a fast-paced digital newsroom, and can manage a team while ensuring high editorial and visual standards.

- You will lead the end-to-end social operations - from content planning and scheduling to analytics, trend spotting, and real-time optimization.

- Lead daily social media publishing across Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms, ensuring timely and high-qualit output

- .Identify viral stories, breaking news, and trending topics across U.S. entertainment and politics, and guide the team on real-time coverage.

- Manage and mentor the social media team, assign tasks, review posts, and maintain strong editorial and visual standards across all content.

- Coordinate with editors, writers, and video teams to streamline workflows and support fast-turnaround content.

- Track daily analytics, monitor KPIs, and use insights to optimize posting patterns, formats, headlines, and thumbnails.

- Ensure strict adherence to MEAWW's brand guidelines, editorial accuracy, compliance rules, and platform best practices.
