We are growing rapidly and looking for a strategic and experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our team.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end digital marketing initiatives for clients and internal campaigns. This role requires strong leadership, deep digital expertise, and the ability to manage a multi-functional marketing team. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content.
- Identify new opportunities, trends, and platforms to improve digital presence and ROI.
2. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of SEO specialists, content writers, designers, and performance marketers.
- Set team KPIs and monitor performance regularly.
3. Execution & Optimization
- Oversee planning and execution of paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Optimize website performance, improve organic traffic, and increase lead conversions.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all digital platforms.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM dashboards.
- Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales and content teams to align marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with clients or internal stakeholders to meet expectations and deliver results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
3. Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, analytics, email marketing, and social media strategy.
4. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
2. Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint.
3. Experience with AI-driven marketing tools.
