Were looking for a Tier1 MBA A marketer with 69 years of FMCG brand experience (plus 12 years in Sales) who can drive strategy, lead innovation, build powerful campaigns, and influence crossfunctional teams.
Biscuits experience is a plus.
What Youll Lead?:
- Brand vision, strategy & annual plans
- Communication development across ATL, BTL & Digital Innovation & new product launches
- Consumer promotions & pricing
- Crossfunctional alignment with Sales, Finance, Planning & agencies
What You Bring?:
- Strong brand management fundamentals
- Expertise in media, NPD, pricing & agency management
- Advanced skills in Excel, PPT & SAP
- Strategic thinking, creativity & strong consumer intuition
