We are looking for a Manager- Finance who will be responsible for ensuring that the financial accounting requirements of the factory are met on an accurate and timely basis. Position will be based out in Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh.

Job responsibilities include:

- Manage the site Capital Investment process and facilitate the project engineers in controlling and forecasting this expenditure.

- Controlling Factory expenditure

- Provide accurate product costings, updated and maintained in the Factory accounting system.

- Support and cover other factory based finance roles as required.

- Complete accurate and timely product costings, plus initial cost estimates required for any NPD

- Ensure bill of materials are complete, accurate and reviewed where necessary.

- Review overhead costs with management team and provide analysis that identifies issues which require management action to address

- Carry out local site processes for Account reconciliation as required by pladis accounting policy.

- Completion of site prime cost Budgets and Quarterly Forecasts

- Working capital management

- Support the management team in the development of common performance reporting tools and techniques that deliver insight and help drive better operational decisions.

- Provide the required analysis to site and central management to support the forecasting and budgeting processed for factory overheads.

- Develop and review the Factory KPIs

- Responsible for Internal Audit of the factory (Major objective)

- Responsible for Statutory Audit for factory area

- Responsible for Cost Audit

- Responsible for Sales Tax assessment

- Support Export documentation and excise rebate claims at HP

- Oversee Co Man operations and relationship, including excise compliance at Hyd

- Need to travel occasionally to Delhi for various discussions and audits

- Monthly review of Plant KPI's, MIS & Overheads with Plant Management team & setting us of targets

- Calculation & analyse Material & Price usage variances and discussion with Plant Management Team

- Verification and Checking of BOM upload in system

- Ensuring financial requirements are met in time

- Costing of new products introduced, new Co-packer, Co-manufacturer

- Verification & authorization of all payments

- Define standards and expectations within team

- Co-ordinate Audits to detect any compliance or contractual breaches and encourage continuous improvements

- Maintain appropriate Governance structure to facilitate seamless operations

- Budgetary controls and monitoring for both capital expenditures.

- Ensure procurement processes in adherence to laid down systems and procedures

- Checking & verification of costing for all SKU's & allocation of overheads

- Reconciliation of goods dispatched out of factory to consignee agents
