Role & responsibilities.
- Monitoring Channels Sales with team Distributors, handling sales General Trade, Responsible for Primary & Secondary.
- Brand wise planning, beat wise planning & to enhance the coverage of the market on regular basis.
- To manage & follow up with the Distributors to match the demand & supply of the market.
- To meet the Monthly targets, Quarter Plans & Annual Plans of the organization.
- To effectively execute the New Launches in the market.
- Providing On Job Training as well as Off Job Training. Planning budgets and presenting sales forecasts and figures for new ranges.
- Analyzing previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines.
- Achievement of Sales Target. Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans. Making financial presentations and reports along with senior managers. Seek for maximum SKU/TC/PC/NC/New Call in New Brands ETC.
- Brand Visibility such as Banners, Posters, Boards, in shop Activity, Sampling on Regular Basis. Planning for development of territory in terms of sales growth, Wholesaler appointment / replacement.
