Role Overview:

As a Technical Project Manager focusing on US Healthcare, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex IT projects related to healthcare product development and implementation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, business analysts, and clinical stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will be crucial in driving the successful development and deployment of innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes and streamline healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, to ensure projects stay on track.

- Manage project execution, coordinating activities across multiple teams and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and escalate risks as needed to ensure timely resolution and project success.

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines to maintain cost control.

- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders through regular reports and presentations, providing transparency and accountability.

- Lead project retrospectives to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements for future projects, enhancing organizational efficiency.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT projects within the US healthcare industry, delivering successful outcomes and meeting stakeholder expectations.

- Proven expertise in healthcare product development, including a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, data standards, and clinical workflows.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues, mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is highly preferred.

- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adjusting to changing priorities.
