Technical Program Manager


Description:


We are seeking an experienced Technical AccountDelivery Manager to lead key client engagements, drive end-to-end delivery execution, and ensure exceptional service quality. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project delivery leadership, and client management skills. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring business goals translate into successful technical outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery for strategic client accounts, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and with high quality.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring alignment between client objectives and delivered solutions.

- Manage project planning, tracking, execution, and risk mitigation across multiple cross-functional teams.

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, communication workflows, and overall client satisfaction.

- Lead pre-sales activities including requirement discovery, solutioning, proposal support, and effort estimation.

- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into feasible technical architectures and solutions.

- Ensure adherence to delivery best practices, governance frameworks, and performance standards.

- Facilitate technical discussions, remove blockers, and enable seamless collaboration across engineering, product, and leadership teams.

- Monitor service performance, proactively address issues, and ensure high client retention and account growth.

Qualifications:


- 12 to 18 years of total work experience.

- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in an IT services organization as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Lead.

- Strong technical and functional acumen, with the ability to understand complex architectures and solution workflows.

- Exposure or hands-on experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, or modern AI-powered systems.


- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong client-facing skills with experience handling strategic enterprise accounts.
