ROLE OVERVIEW :
Own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for global banking and financial services pursuits-from first-draft generation through branded output, SOW drafting, and win/loss analysis. Experience with bank procurement processes, vendor panels, and FS-specific compliance documentation is essential. This role delivers 5x output through GenAI-accelerated content workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Author proposals, RFP responses, and executive summaries tailored to global bank procurement requirements, including compliance and security sections
- Draft Statements of Work aligned to financial services delivery models, incorporating SLA frameworks, regulatory compliance clauses, and data handling requirements
- Build and maintain a reusable content library of FS-specific case studies, solution descriptions, and competitive differentiators
- Develop branded sales collateral: one-pagers, capability decks, and leave-behinds for banking and insurance audiences
- Manage proposal timelines across multiple concurrent pursuits, coordinating inputs from Solutions Consultant, delivery leads, and Leadership
- Implement version control and approval workflows ensuring quality and compliance with bank vendor management requirements
- Conduct win/loss analysis after every pursuit to capture lessons and improve proposal effectiveness
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
- 3+ years in proposal management, bid coordination, or sales enablement in IT services or professional services
- Prior experience supporting proposals for global banks
- Excellent writing skills with ability to craft persuasive, executive-level narratives for banking and insurance audiences
- Familiarity with bank vendor management processes, compliance documentation, and procurement evaluation frameworks
- Experience managing RFP response processes and content libraries at scale
- Proficiency with document automation tools and proposal management platforms (Qvidian, Loopio, RFPIO, or equivalent)
- Understanding of FS commercial terms: T&M, fixed-price, managed services, outcome-based pricing, and SLA structures
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage 3-5 concurrent proposals under tight deadlines
