Job Profile / Impact:
You will be responsible for the preparation of statutory accounts, tax computations, returns, and estimates, including deferred tax calculations for 5 to 8 group entities.
You will support the compilation of book-to-tax differences to compute current and deferred taxes, understand and incorporate transfer pricing-related adjustments, and prepare GL account reconciliations, which involves a detailed review of Corporate Tax and VAT accounts alongside processing tax journals.
Additionally, you will provide advice on tax compliance matters and collaborate closely with office accountants, auditors, and external advisors by supplying necessary information for statutory accounting, field audits, assessments, and tax return preparations.
Finally, you will ensure thorough documentation of all processes and work performed, while handling other tax accounting-related tasks as assigned on a time-to-time basis.
Qualification required:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant required (Preferably from 2018-2021 batch)
- 5+ years of experience (post qualification)
- Previous work experience in 'Big Four' or other top accounting Firm or working in industry with a substantial previous work-experience with Big 4.
- Ability to drive projects successfully
