Role Summary:   - This position will integrate strategic goals to manage an assigned geographical zone, the development programme and budget for all construction projects including new restaurant development, remodelling major development, remodelling major maintenance and repair works.   - This role actively participates in the development of projects by reviewing project proposals and plans conferring with management.   - The employee coordinates and monitors the site development processes to ensure the project runs smoothly to meet timelines and within budget.   Candidate Qualification:   Education Qualification: BE / Diploma- Civil is a must.   Experience: 6 to 10 years experience.
