Roles and Responsibilities: - This position is responsible for managing the regional supply chain for the Hardcastle Restaurant Private Limited market. Going forward, this position could also hold the national product management responsibility for a small part of the product portfolio purchased dependent upon performance in the current role. - The incumbent will be the single point of contact in supply chain for the 300 odd restaurants that operate in the West &amp; South region. - Key KRA's would include ensuring assured supply of food, paper &amp; operating supplies at world class quality and competitive prices to McDonalds restaurants in the Hardcastle Restaurant Private Limited market, management of the last mile distribution of food &amp; paper supplies from the distribution center to the restaurants in the region, seamless execution of all new product launches &amp; promotions, and supplier management for the allotted portfolio of products to be managed. - This position supports the department's strategies on operational excellence and enduring profitability. Key customers include Suppliers, Restaurants, Marketing, Operations, and other Head Office Departments.
