(HRPL). has a Master Franchisee relationship with McDonald's Corporation USA and has rights to own & operate McDonald's restaurants in India's west and south markets since its inception in 1996.   - HRPL currently operates McDonald's through 242 restaurants (as of June 2016) across 30 cities and 8 states in west and south India.   - We have been ranked as the No. 1 Company to work for in retail in 2016 by the Great Places to Work Institute in Association with the Retail Association of India.   Job Summary :   Support Real Estate Development by building relationships with external agencies ensuring all statutory permissions and licenses required for smooth restaurant operations for a specific region.  Job Responsibilities :  - Accountable for effective government Liasioning and on time support for Restaurant opening  - Create operating plan for new city openings from government representation and regulatory management standpoint  - Liaise with various government departments (like Octroi, Excise, FDA, etc.) for permits and licenses to achieve within budget and on-time store opening.  - Act as a final point of Contact for resolving the issues with Landlords & Brokers  - Ensure complete restaurant compliances for all restaurants in the region   - Liaise with security vendor to ensure security standards are maintained.  - Build relationship with all government bodies in line with our requirement.  - Manage all crisis situations arising with regards to Government authorities and security issues within the company and solve all concerns regarding the same.  Job Location : Bangalore  Desired Education Qualification :   - LLB with PR skills  - If your profile matches our requirements you will hear from us within 2 days.
