Job Description :

Role & responsibilities :

- Define and own engineering architecture across backend, applications, data, and infrastructure.

- Architect and scale microservices using Python, Django, and REST frameworks.

- Drive adoption of modern programming practices, automation, and secure development principles.

- Oversee backend development using Python, Django, and DRF.

- Guide application engineering for web and mobile platforms.

- Lead cloud infrastructure strategy (AWS/Azure/GCP), ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

- Oversee ETL pipeline development, data modeling, and analytics workflows.

- Mentor engineering teams and lead code reviews, sprint planning, and technical decisions.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering outputs.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Minimum 12 years of engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.

- Expertise in Python, Django, microservices, and REST API architecture.

- Strong background in app development, system design, and distributed architectures.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and testing automation.

- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

- Strong knowledge of data engineering, ETL workflows, and data modelling.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
