
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a global Exposure Management team.
- Enhance organizational resilience through implementation of exposure management practices, including offensive security, attack surface management, and continuous validation.
- Strengthen Identification, Prioritization, and Remediation processes.
- Optimize global attack surface visibility across IT and OT through technology deployment, cross functional partnership, and process refinement.
- Partner with security leadership to drive remediation accountability and adherence to risk tolerance thresholds.
- Develop and retain a best-in-class cybersecurity team.
- Define and develop metrics to measure and socialize maturity and exposure posture with senior leadership.
- Provide thought-leadership to enterprise-wide risk reduction initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- CISM, GIAC, CISSP or other relevant security professional certifications.
- Minimum 15 years professional experience working in cybersecurity or information technology.
- Minimum 3 years' experience leading operational cybersecurity teams.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams within a large organization.
- Strong working knowledge of threat actor tradecraft and mitigation approaches.
- Flexibility to work on-call within a 24x7 operational security capability.
- Proven ability to successfully collaborate with business and technology leaders and teams.
- Strong problem-identification and problem-solving ability.
