Role Purpose:
- Manage end-to-end store operations to deliver excellent customer experience, sales growth, and profitability
- Lead store teams to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company standards
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Deliver high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and replenishment
- Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals
- Implement and monitor retail loss prevention and security measures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively
- Monitor sales performance and drive initiatives to achieve store targets
- Maintain store visual standards and operational discipline
- Prepare operational reports and share performance updates with management

Qualifications:
- Posr graduate/Graduate in any discipline preferred
Experience Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in retail store operations or store management
- Prior experience handling staff, inventory, and customer service in a retail environment
