Were Hiring: Workday System Administrator Advanced Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
We are looking for a talented Workday System Administrator to support and enhance our Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll modules. In this role, you will work closely with our People & Culture, Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS teams to ensure seamless configuration, smooth integrations, and accurate data across key Workday processes.

Experience: 3-10 years
Qualification: Graduate

What Youll Do:- Configure and maintain merit & bonus plans, allowances, and compensation grids.
- Manage benefit plans, enrolment events, compliance requirements, and eligibility rules.
- Configure pay groups, pay periods, earning/deduction codes, and support local tax compliance.
- Support integrations with payroll and benefits providers and conduct data audits & validations.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll analytics.
- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with AMS and crossfunctional teams.
What You Bring:- 3 to 5 years experience in Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits, or Payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of Workday tools: EIB, Calculated Fields, and familiarity with integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and stakeholde rmanagement skills
