Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Palakkad. This role involves driving sales performance, managing customer relationships, generating leads, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial services or a related sector, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet branch targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers through lead generation and follow-ups.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations and coordinate with internal teams.
- Handle channel sales and manage partner relationships.
