Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Branch Manager for Kattakkada branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading the branch team, achieving financial and operational targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role also involves community engagement and business development to drive branch growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff to achieve performance goals.

- Drive sales of financial products including gold, personal, business, vehicle, and property loans.

- Monitor and manage loan portfolios and ensure timely collections.

- Develop and execute local business plans to achieve growth targets.

- Foster strong customer relationships and resolve client queries effectively.

- Represent the company in the local community to promote brand awareness and business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

- Proven experience in branch management, financial services, or banking operations.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- In-depth knowledge of loan products and NBFC operations.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and handle pressure.

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Prior experience in the NBFC sector is an added advantage
