About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with a 7-8 years of proven expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, and team leadership. As our Chief Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening our financial functions and driving strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do:

- Review and enhance our current accounting systems, including Chart of Accounts, methodologies, and documentation best practices

- Oversee daily bookkeeping functions: accruals, journal entries, fixed assets, and general ledger maintenance, in coordination with remote and in-house accounting teams

- Support quarterly and annual tax filings (Income Tax & GST), and manage foreign accounts

- Lead liaison with external auditors and assist with statutory audits

- Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports and metrics

- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of financial records

- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects

- Review general legal matters and offer recommendations

- Identify opportunities to drive cost efficiency, process improvements, and technology upgrades in accounting

- Lead and mentor your finance team and oversee MIS reporting

Who You Are:

- A qualified CA with at least 6-8 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and finance leadership

- Proficient in Income Tax & GST filing, statutory compliance, and managing foreign accounts

- Skilled at MIS reporting, financial metrics, and providing actionable insights

- Strong communicator, analytical thinker, and team leader
