About the Role:


We are seeking Sales Engineers, Senior Sales Engineers, and Sales Managers who can take ownership of their territories, build strong customer relationships, and contribute meaningfully to our growth story. You will be responsible for driving product adoption across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions, while also ensuring the highest standards of customer experience.


Qualification Requirements:


- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field


- Strong communication and presentation skills


- Ability to understand technical products and explain them effectively to customers


- Candidates with 3 to 4 years of experience in medical device sales will be given preference.


- However, freshers with excellent communication, confidence, and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.


- For each region, proficiency in the local language is preferred as it helps in building stronger client connections.


Key Responsibilities:


As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for:


- Meeting doctors, hospital management teams, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams to generate leads and convert them into sales


- Conducting detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase product features and benefits


- Coordinating with the service/technical team to ensure smooth installation, troubleshooting, and after-sales support


- Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying potential new customers in your assigned territory


- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and field execution


- Travelling across your region and, when needed, to other parts of India for product demos, meetings, workshops, or customer visits
