Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-impact Executive Assistant to the Center Head / Senior Leadership to act as a strategic partner in driving hospital operations, performance management, cross-functional coordination, and leadership execution. This role goes beyond routine administrative support and requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management, analytical capability, and exposure to hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategic Support:
- Act as primary interface between the Center Head and cross-functional leadership teams (Clinical, Nursing, HR, Finance, Operations).
- Track strategic initiatives, business priorities, and leadership action items, ensuring timely execution.
- Support leadership in annual planning, operational reviews, and performance governance.
- Assist in preparing business presentations, performance trackers, operational dashboards, and leadership MIS.
Business Operations & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor hospital KPIs, patient flow metrics, revenue performance, operational efficiency indicators, and prepare structured reports for leadership review.
- Support process improvement initiatives, SOP compliance tracking, audit coordination, and quality governance.
- Assist in driving operational excellence initiatives across departments.
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Drive coordination between medical teams, finance, admin, HR, and front office for business-critical initiatives.
- Follow up on departmental deliverables, budgets, compliance requirements, and operational escalations.
- Support leadership during external audits, compliance inspections, and regulatory reporting cycles.
Communication, Reporting & Executive Governance:
- Prepare board-level notes, leadership review decks, performance summaries, and business communication drafts.
- Maintain confidential leadership documentation, hospital performance dashboards, and governance trackers.
- Assist in managing patient escalation governance, service recovery frameworks, and internal review processes.
Hospital Operations Exposure:
- Work closely with doctors, clinical operations, and front-office leadership to ensure alignment on service delivery priorities.
- Support leadership in capacity planning, scheduling alignment, and operational optimization.
- Ensure hospital SOP adherence and compliance documentation readiness.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Healthcare Management / Operations / Management (preferred).
Experience:
1- 7 years of experience in:
- Executive Assistant to CXO / Business Head
- Business Operations / Strategy Support
- Hospital Operations / Healthcare Administration
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or multi-location service businesses is a strong advantage.
