Role Overview:

As the Chief Technology Officer, you will serve as the primary architect of the organizations digital evolution, aligning technological capabilities with the aggressive growth objectives of a multi-center healthcare provider. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to modernize IT infrastructure, streamline clinical operations through digital integration, and ensure the highest standards of data security. Your role is pivotal in transforming the patient experience by leveraging emerging technologies, ensuring that the hospitals technical backbone is robust, scalable, and capable of supporting complex healthcare workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that supports the expansion of hospital networks and enhances clinical service delivery.

- Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives to digitize patient records, optimize appointment scheduling, and improve diagnostic reporting workflows.

- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure and operations to ensure 99.9% uptime across all hospital locations and corporate offices.

- Implement rigorous IT governance frameworks and information security protocols to protect sensitive patient health information and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Manage the annual IT budget, balancing capital expenditure for new technologies with operational costs to maximize return on investment.

- Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and data analytics to provide actionable insights into clinical performance and operational efficiency.

- Lead change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new software and hardware systems across diverse clinical and administrative teams.

- Direct complex IT program management, overseeing the lifecycle of enterprise-wide technology deployments from conception to implementation.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale digital transformation projects in complex, multi-site environments, ideally within the healthcare or service-oriented sectors.

- Exceptional proficiency in managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure, cloud computing migrations, and hybrid network architectures.

- Strong strategic foresight in integrating Artificial Intelligence and machine learning tools to solve operational bottlenecks and enhance service quality.

- Proven track record in establishing robust cybersecurity policies and IT governance structures that meet stringent industry standards.
