About the Role:
I'm looking for a Program Manager for one of my clients who can bring structure to scale. Someone who has built and runs large sales programs, managed performance-driven inside sales teams, and navigated the complexities of fast-paced operations. This role demands ownership, strategic thinking, and a sharp focus on driving metrics that matter.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales Strategy & Execution:
Own and implement inside sales strategies. Drive lead conversion, pipeline velocity, and revenue metrics across the funnel. Work closely with sales leaders to align goals and improve performance.
Program Leadership:
Design and manage cross-functional initiatives across sales, ops, and growth teams. Deliver process improvements and measurable outcomes.
Operations Management:
Handle end-to-end operations, including workforce planning, target allocation, and process automation. Identify inefficiencies and fix them fast.
Team Management:
Lead high-performing inside sales and ops teams. Set clear goals, monitor output, and coach for performance.
Data-Driven Problem Solving:
Track KPIs, dig into the data, and solve root-level problems. Translate insights into action that scales.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with product, marketing, tech, and customer success teams to enable sales performance and deliver a consistent customer journey.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in program management, inside sales strategy, or sales ops leadership roles.
- Engineering degree preferred.
- Proven experience in scaling inside sales teams and setting up performance systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive insights from data and implement effective solutions.
- Strong people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A get-it-done mindset with the ability to work in high-growth, unstructured environments.
