Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualization & Ideation: Lead creative brainstorming sessions to generate original, engaging ideas in line with client briefs and event objectives. - Creative Strategy: Support the Creative Head in building theme narratives, brand stories, event concepts, and experiential campaigns. - Visual Direction: Translate concepts into visual boards, presentation decks, moodboards, and design guidelines for internal and external communication. - Pitch Development: Collaborate with business development and content teams to create compelling client pitches and proposals. - Mentorship & Supervision: Guide junior designers, copywriters, and freelancers, ensuring consistency and quality in output. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, marketing, and client servicing teams to ensure creative alignment through all stages of execution. - Trendspotting & Research: Stay updated on industry trends, new formats, technology integrations, and global benchmarks to keep creative output cutting-edge.
