About Us:

We're a fintech startup redefining how Indians take loans. Backed by one of India's marquee funds.

Founders: SRCC graduates and CA rank-holders, with prior experience at BCG, Sequoia Capital, and Warburg Pincus, plus previous startup operating experience.

The Role :

We're hiring our first ever team member. You will work directly with the two founders on everything it takes to build the company - product launches, marketing, operations, finance, compliance, partnerships, hiring, and vendor management.

We are building an AI native company where all operations will be AI first approach. The non-negotiable requirement: you use AI heavily in your daily workflow. We expect you to use Claude, ChatGPT, and other tools to get more done, faster, with fewer people.

What You'll Own?

1. Driving open items to closure across functions, end to end

2. Running marketing campaigns and tracking outcomes

3. Closing operational, finance, and compliance tasks

4. Managing external partners, vendors, and service providers

5. Supporting hiring as we build the team

6. Anything else the business needs that week

Who Should Apply?

1. Ex-consultants (Tier 1) or CA graduates / rank-holders preferred

2. Already use AI tools daily and can show how

3. High ownership - you close loops without being chased

4. Comfortable with a long, shifting task list

5. Freshers welcome. Hustle matters more than years of experience.
