MaxHome.AI - Product Operations Role

About the Role:

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and working across different teams. In this role, you'll spend time with customers understanding how they work, help them get the most out of our product, and work closely with Engineering and Product to improve the platform.

This isn't a traditional Product or Customer Success role. Some days you'll be speaking to customers, some days you'll be testing new features, analysing product usage, documenting processes, or helping the team decide what to build next.

If you enjoy variety and like figuring things out, you'll probably enjoy this role.

What You'll Do:

- Work with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and challenges.

- Help onboard new customers and support product rollouts.

- Gather customer feedback and work with Product and Engineering to improve the platform.

- Test new features before they're released and help troubleshoot issues when they arise.

- Track product adoption and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

- Create documentation and internal playbooks that make deployments easier to scale.

- Help prioritise customer requests and operational improvements.

- Work on cross-functional projects as the company grows.

What We're Looking For:

- 2- 5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product, Customer Success, Business Operations, Consulting, or a similar role.

- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.

- Someone who enjoys solving problems and is comfortable working without a playbook.

- Good analytical skills and comfort working with data in Excel or Google Sheets.

- Curiosity about AI products and how they're being adopted by businesses.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working at an early-stage startup.

- Experience with enterprise SaaS products.

- Basic SQL or Python.

- Familiarity with APIs.

- Experience working with AI products or LLMs.
