The role holder will be responsible for driving sales and business expansion for entire Max@Home, across channels. II. Core Responsibilities Sales Planning : - Define the sales plan including sales approach, structure, governance, and reporting mechanisms - - Participate and co-develop product design and enhancements across existing / new services / including market entry / penetration - Support the business with timely market / Competition intelligence Business Building : - Responsible for overall sales achievement for the business - Lead the sales effort across all channels, products and markets. Ownership of targets for all defined service lines, including but not limited to: - Nursing - Assistance - Pathology - Physiotherapy - Equipments - Other new services - Hunting and farming of Key accounts/clinicians for generating business - Introduce market specific business models for streamlining and ensuring launch within stipulated timeframes - Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks in the region Stakeholder management - Drive and expand the sales network by generating leads through interaction with the Medical, Corporate and other potential community (both within and outside Max Healthcare) - Plan and manage sales events, CMEs, campaigns, and product launches to deliver the performance. - Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team - Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure lead closure / retention Governance & reporting - Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts) for the sales team - Monitoring and presenting sales dashboard, analysis related to operations, employees & customers for the region - Accountability for timely registration and closure of complaints - Extend support for marketing and promotional activities (ATL/BTL) III.
