About the Role:
- We are looking for a dynamic and purpose-driven communications professional to lead Social Media and Public Relations at Max Estates. The ideal candidate will bring a strong storytelling instinct, deep understanding of media and digital ecosystems, and a strategic approach to brand reputation and engagement.
- This role will be responsible for shaping Max Estates' digital presence, strengthening its thought leadership in real estate and well-being, and driving consistent, high-quality communication across platforms. It demands a blend of creative thinking, content strategy, media management, and strong industry connects.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Content Leadership:
- Define and execute the overall social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging formats).
- Lead storytelling that reflects the brand's philosophy of Live Well, Work Well and showcases design-led, sustainable living.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content - posts, videos, and campaigns - ensuring alignment with brand tone and aesthetics.
- Drive influencer and community engagement to build authentic connections.
- Use analytics to measure performance, refine content, and improve engagement.
Public Relations & Media Engagement:
- Develop and implement an integrated PR strategy to enhance Max Estates' visibility and reputation.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media houses across business, lifestyle, design, and real estate sectors.
- Leverage strong industry connects to drive thought leadership, earned media, and brand partnerships.
- Lead the creation of compelling media materials - press releases, leadership interviews, op eds, and storytelling features.
- Partner closely with corporate communications to ensure unified messaging across group entities.
- Manage sensitive or crisis communication with clarity and credibility.
Campaigns & Brand Communication:
- Conceptualize and execute 360- campaigns for new project launches, milestones, and partnerships.
- Work with internal and external creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Support leadership visibility through event participation, awards, panels, and authored pieces.
Team & Agency Management:
- Manage creative, PR, and digital agencies to deliver on timelines and brand standards.
- Mentor a growing internal team for content, social media, and PR execution.
Who We're Looking For:
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related disciplines.
Experience:
- 10-12 years of experience in social media, content, and PR, preferably within real estate, luxury, lifestyle, or related-led sectors.
- Background in journalism, editorial content, or corporate communications is a strong plus.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in building and managing social media ecosystems for premium brands.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills with a keen design sensibility.
- Strong media network and ability to secure high-impact earned coverage.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to deliver creative outcomes.
- Understanding of brand tone, audience insight, and digital trends.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience leading integrated digital-PR campaigns.
- Exposure to influencer collaborations, content innovation, and new media formats (reels, podcasts, etc.).
- Comfort with analytics tools and social listening platforms.
