Role Overview:

The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end P&L tracking, including managing the pre-construction process, tracking construction milestones, and ensuring overall financial health. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and exposure to all aspects of the real estate value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- P&L Management: Track and monitor financial performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Pre-Construction Process Oversight: Work closely with stakeholders to manage planning, approvals, and cost assessments.

- Construction Milestone Tracking: Monitor key project deliverables to ensure timely execution.

- Financial Modelling & Business Planning: Develop financial models and prepare annual business plans with a cross-functional approach.

- Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify key risks impacting P&L and cash flows, ensuring proactive mitigation.

- Market & Customer Analysis: Understand real estate market trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape.

Who Are We Looking For?

Qualification:

- Post-Graduation from a Premier B-School

- Chartered Financial Accountant (CFA) / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

Experience:

- 1-4 years of experience, preferably in Real Estate (though candidates from other industries will also be considered).

Critical Skills:

Functional Skills:

- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of P&L impact and cash flow decisions.

- Exposure to the real estate development business.

- Experience in financial modelling and preparing annual business plans.

- Ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Understanding of real estate markets and customer expectations.

- Strong negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
