About the role
- You'll help build an environment that attracts, retains, and grows top-tier talent across all verticals. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and HR policy compliance.
In addition to this, the Human Resource Manager will also be responsible to recruit suitable candidates for our clients and client management.

- Design learning and career development frameworks.
Qualifications
- Experience with policy design & implementation.
- Prior experience in startups, agencies, or high-growth companies.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and people analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strategic and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
