Maveric Systems - Specialist - Artificial Intelligence Strategy & Transformation

About the Role:

We are hiring a strategic AI Specialist to lead and scale our organizations AI transformation journey. This role is about bridging business goals with cutting-edge GenAI/LLM solutions. Youll be identifying impactful AI use cases, driving adoption, and enabling leadership to leverage AI for enterprise innovation and growth.

This is a business-facing, cross-functional role ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of AI and a background in product, strategy, digital consulting, or transformation roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business stakeholders and tech leaders to shape AI-led strategic roadmaps

- Translate business problems into AI-powered solution opportunities using LLMs/GenAI

- Define KPIs, success metrics, and frameworks to evaluate business impact

- Own user journeys and solution design across verticals BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, etc.

- Drive cross-team collaboration between data, product, engineering, and operations teams

- Champion responsible AI adoption, compliance, and organizational AI readiness

- Evangelize AI internally through enablement workshops and stakeholder education

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 4-6 years of experience in AI/ML Strategy, Digital Transformation, Product Consulting, or Innovation roles

- Strong exposure to GenAI/LLM platforms like OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI

- Proven ability to define AI use cases with measurable business ROI

- Strong stakeholder management and experience facilitating cross-functional projects

- Exposure to BFSI, Healthcare, or Consulting firms is a plus

- Comfortable working at the intersection of tech, product, and business strategy

Preferred Tools & Knowledge:

- Conceptual knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, and AI user flows

- Experience with tools like Figma, Power BI/Tableau, LangChain (nice to have)

- Basic familiarity with Python or SQL is a plus but not mandatory

Educational Background:

- Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent
