About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about taking evolving products to market and driving strategic growth in the mobile networking domain.

This role demands a unique blend of technical depth, business acumen, and leadership skills to define product strategy, build compelling roadmaps, and execute go-to-market plans in collaboration with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

- Define product vision and strategy for next-generation networking solutions (5G and 4G Packet Core).

- Prioritize features based on customer and market feedback; build compelling product roadmaps.

- Identify upsell opportunities and create pricing strategies for software licensing.

Go-to-Market Leadership:

- Lead cross-functional execution involving executive management, engineering, marketing, operations, technical documentation, and sales.

- Deliver impactful customer presentations showcasing product value and differentiation.

- Guide development of sales tools and enablement content to support global sales teams.

Customer & Market Engagement:

- Act as a coach for global sales teams on product strategy, value proposition, and competitive differentiation.

- Engage with customers to gather insights and validate product concepts.

Pricing & Marketing:

- Contribute to software pricing strategies that align with business goals.

- Work with marketing teams to create compelling marketing content for product launches and campaigns.

Required Skills:

- Passion for taking early-stage products to market.

- Expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and feature prioritization.

- Strong cross-functional leadership and team management.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Technical Expertise:

- Proven ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies.

- Deep knowledge of mobile networking markets:

- Cloud Native architecture (OCP, AWS etc.

- 5G Packet Core and related NFs.

- Policy Control and Charging (PCRF, PCF, OCS, CHF).

- 4G/LTE EPC (Evolved Packet Core).

- eMBB, mMTC/Cellular IoT, URLLC, NTN, NPN Solutions.

- IMS, VoIP.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 10-15 years of product management experience in telecom or cloud networking.

- Demonstrated leadership in bringing cross-functional teams together for successful product launches.

- Customer-focused, strategic thinker with strong presentation skills
