Job Description:
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as policies, compensation, benefits, HR practices and Strategies, etc.
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for staffing, performance evaluation, training and development etc.
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
- Develop strategies to hire, retain, build and scale up the team independently
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
- Serve as the point of contact for all employee related matters
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
- Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
- Report to senior management by analysing data and using HR metrics

Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA in human resources with minimum 15 years of experience in Human resource
- Proven experience as Senior Manager HR / Head HR Smart, result-orientated, energetic, positive attitude with the exceptional communication, negotiating skills and interpersonal skills
- Complete understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
- Motivate and lead the team with exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of employment/ labour laws /Statutory compliances
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Outstanding communication
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
