Job Description

- Crafting strategies for all Marketing verticals, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative

- Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

- Setting, monitoring, and reporting on team goals

- Manage Brand and reputation.

- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)

- Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas

- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

Monitor competition

- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

- Work with external vendors like marketing agencies and achieve the business goals

Requirements and skills

- Work experience as Head of Marketing or Sr.Marketing Manager, preferably within the education industry

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience running successful marketing campaigns

- Solid experience in handling the entire gamut of Digital Marketing such as webinars, blogging, social media marketing, search engine marketing, Google Analytics, affiliate marketing, remarketing..., etc., and BTL Activities.

- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords

- Experience with CRM software

- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

- Experience in mentoring/coaching a team of marketing professionals

Analytical mind

- Ability to create marketing strategies independently

- B.Tech / MBA with a minimum of 5 years of Digital Marketing experience

- Certification and experience in Digital Marketing are Mandatory

- Experience in conducting offline Marketing events

- Experience in the Global training business is an added advantage
